| Subject: | Airbrushing has kept me away from this hobby for years! | |

About 12 years ago, I've dove into this hobby in honest. I've bought a airbrush(Badger 100 and a Paache), compressor(Werther-Mac)with water trap.
I could never make them work properly. I've tried ensmals, arclics(sp?) without any real sucess. I'd thin them to about 1:1 consistency with lacquer thinner for enamels and denatured archol for arclics. I'd spray with about 15-20PSI.
The biggest problem I'd say is, the paint would spit because a puddle of paint would develop at the tip of the airbrush.
I've read MANY, MANY articles, books on airbrushing without any success.
I want to comeback to this great hobby, but it's very frustrating. Please help. |
