| In addition to what Christophe recommended, I have noticed myself that paint that is too thick will have a heavier, pebblier finish. Sometimes it is even almost like sandpaper. Too much air pressure may cause this too but I think it is usually too thick of paint. Acrylics like Tamiyas can be thinned up to 50% and I was recently using some Humbrol enamels thinned at least 40% |
