Car Windscreen wash.
In the UK it is a mix of water and Isopropyl Alcohol. In the USA I think the same stuff is called 'denatured' alcohol.
At our club it is used by everyone who uses Acrylics with no ill effects. Even our several 'Euro' gold medal figure painters use it to put their undercoat washes on.
