I was thinking the same thing. On the other hand, drybrushing the wheel rims isn't that hard anyway, neither is painting them metal color and then putting a thin strip of Tamiya tape over the rim to spray the face of the wheel. I can't see forking over $10 for those sets... it would take longer to mess with the masks that to use "normal" methods.
