Hi Greg.
Oil paints take a LONG time to dry.
Several days is normal. It depends on the paint, amount of paint, and the type of thinner among other things. I'd do nothing but wait a few days. I never seal/overcoat faces.
To speed up drying, you could build a drying box or use a portable oven. Be very careful, because even at low heat you can melt a plastic or resin figure. One possibility is to put the figure about 6 inches to a foot away from an incandescent light. This will speed drying of the paint. If the figure gets warm, move it further away, if there is no effect from the light, move it closer.
Cheers
Andy

What should I seal this stuff with? It's just a bunch of heads I am worried about. I might try Testors mat clear...
