The 250 series were usually painted inside & out in the color being used at the time ..... dunkelgrau pre-1943 and dunkelgelb starting in Feb.1943.
However, the front area ( driver/radio operater seats ) of the early pre 1942/43 Sd Kfz 250's, and it's variants was painted in ivory or white.
