Ole,
there are easier ways. Best to leave them off until final assembly. Either
buy a draftsmans circle guide and spray black/grey then put guide and spray
base camo colour or put the wheels on a temporary axle after painting base
camo colour and turn the wheel while holding paintbrush with black/grey
paint onto the rubber section. HTH
