Hi Andrew,

now I'm not shure really what technique you are using (air or brush?) and refering to..

But if you are airbrushing so is a quick and quite nice way to do it the "salt-technique", wich have been a topic on this forum before, but itīs a tech that deserves to be brought up to the surface again.

A way to do it manually is to buy a nice graphite pencil at your lokal artistic store, guaranteed NOT to leave any blobs! (if you want the shiny metal look)
