For WW2 Olive Drab, I mix my own shade using Tamiya acrylics. For 1/35th scale I use 45%Olive Drab, 45% Khaki Drab, 10% Flat White. I base coat my models in flat black first, I prefer Floquil laquer paint for this as it doubles as a primer. I then apply my OD mix. Afterwards I cloud on Tamiya Khaki. As to the finish on the Dragon Wagon, all the pictures I have seen appeared to be a matte finish. I hope this helps.
