DML did reissue one of the Hetzer series recently so it may still be available, it may be listed in catalogues as Flammpanzer/Jadgpanzer 38.
Eduard have announced a Hetzer due out around August-Sept this year so that option exists and they seemed to be pretty serious about making it one better.
For the Hetzer books I would suggest the One by Kliment on Czech AFVs which is a hardback and not Shiffer's paperback on the Hetzer where many of the photos are of a post war G-13.
If you main purpose of getting Hetzer books is modelling, Kliment's MBI book on the Hetzer is better than the Shiffer hardback as it has more scale illustrations, more text o nthe Hetzer and is better on the small detail, The hardback covers many vehicles and is slanted moretowards Czech military history.
Interestingly Jentz (Osprey) and Kliment (MBI) don't see eye to eye on a few points even though both are thorough researchers.
