Subject:  Painting with Vallejo Paints (Having some troubles!)List thread.

Ok, so I got an expensive set of Vallejo paints. Just picked up some Dragon "Commanders Conference" 6144. Started building figure C (Mainly all Field Grey in colour). I used the Vallejo german uniform paint and noticed that after 2 hrs, it is still rather sticky. Now after 3 hrs, if I touch it, it peals right off. Other paints such as the tamiya and the games workshop paints are working OK and bonding. Is there something that I must do before painting this figure with this type of paint? I will be honest, I didn't clean the model.

What do you recommend?

Many thanks!!!
