I've never drybrushed with oils but apparently if you mixe them with regular Humbrol paints it speeds up drying. I have used oil washes, I mix pure turps with a tiny bit of oil, enough to tint the thinner, and a couple of drops of Japan Drier. The Japan Drier helps the oils dry. In my case the washes dried overnight.
