HI
If you drybrush with pure oils, they can take days to dry depending how thickly they are applied. One trick is to use a piece of cardboard or carstock as a palette, and some of the oil will be drawn out of the paint. If you are doing oil washes after drybrushing, then you have to be sure to leave the oil paint for quite some time.
Very little oil paint goes a long way, but when I did some drybrushing with it, it took a couple of days to dry. Oil washes dry faster, as the other posts mention.
