Thanks for the additional information about the mechanics of you system. Coming out of the top of the tank should eliminate some condensation. Where is your regulator? The pressure drop downstream of the regulator is the source of cooling that condenses the water vapor. So if the tank is filled on a humid day or during rain, there will be moisture in the tank air that may not condense until past the regulator.

I use clear plastic hose to my air brush so I can see if there is any water in the line.

I agree on Tamiya and use that paint for my tanks. And the problem could be too much thinner, but it sounds like a sudden release of moisture.
