I have the Badger 150 as well as the 100 SG and the 200. I see nothing wrong with the 150 you have now to do the detailing work you want. Not knowing what type of needle/head assembly you are using, the only suggestion I could make would be to get the fine needle/head assembly to do the more intricate patterns, and a large needle/head assembly for larger areas. Virtually any double action internal mix airbrush will give you all the versatility you need. Are you using a compressor with air regulator? That will also help. Hope this helps.
