I like the Aztek/Testors airbrushes, but others hate them...

The lowest priced ones should be within your budget and they are easy to use and clean.

My only reservation is that I have trouble spraying very thin lines or tiny spots.

I owned an Aztek for about ten years, then felt it was time to change and bought another Aztek plus a more expensive German made airbrush to do the fine work.
