| I dont know what you mean by "shining" but Tamiya clear is a gloss finish so it will be shiny. Why not try Tamiya thinner? I have used alcohol with no problems. If you want a clear flat finish you must mix in a little Tamiya Flat Base. Be careful though as too much will cause your clear coat to turn frosty white! |
