| hi , all vinyl tracks need to be sealed with a coat of PVA Glue , Elmers or white wood work glue diluted with water 50/50 leave to dry and then use enamel paints to paint , same for the rubber tyres but also seal the plastic rim on hub as well , cheers ian r |
