When I load it with a brush, I also mix the thinner in the paint holder to a mix of 50:50. I'm careful not to allow the paint to flow into brush prior to mixing or it'll be too thick. I only do this when mixing small amount of paint.
For more paint, i mix in a seperate bottle.
This problem happened when i used Tamiya acylics with tamiya thinner.
