| The Badger 200 has been my brush of choice for over 20 years. Can be paint buildup in the spray cone. Acrylics are really bad at this. Also paint can be too thick (I thin Tamiya paints 50/50). Too much pressure can also blast paint out like that. Also a cracked nozzle on the tip inside the cone can cause leaks and spitting. |
