Lynn,

You'll be getting no return fire from this direction. I happen to agree
with what you've said. I didn't mean to imply that my tracks will be
monotone bright silver. I will use washes over a basic tone of,
probably, a dull steel and then drybrush the bright silver on the tops
of the cleats and, maybe, a bit further onto the pads, if I can control
it.

My point was that I used to dry brush the silver highlights over a rust
base, and that is what will will now change.
