Hmmm. It's not an absolutely clear photo. First, by the sounds of it you didn't thin the paints enough. 10 drops from a pipette into a WHOLE bottle of Tamiya paint is NOT enough, IMHO. Rather, you'll need to cut the paint by, at least, 25%. But 40% to 50% is probably better. When you paint, don't be alarmed if you don't cover in one coat...to keep the paint smooth you need to thin it quite a bit (I thin my paints almost as much as I do for airbrushing). Second, be prepared to do multiple coats...it is ALWAYS better to do several light, thin coats than to do one single thick coat. Third, try using a little flow improver like I suggested...it should help a bit.
