hallo,
it seems, you used gunze clear flat base wich makes a frosty, matt, white look. maybe you should use gunze flat clear or gloss to get rid of the icy look.
if you used flat clear (gunze) and the flat is a little milky, you can heat it (very carefully) with a blow dryer. But be careful, Polystyrene is thermoplastik and will deform, if it gets too hot.
i had the same problems and solved them as written above. and the blow dryer almost ruined my model, but i had a spare part. it worked in the end.
