| Matador Models website has an interesting article on the subject (click on "tank museum", this will take you to it)of Russian armor colors from '41 to '45. Apperantly Humbrol 116 is a good base match for Army 4BO green. As aperrantly there were variations of this color based on time and origin of manufacture, and that it would darken with time due to exposure to sunlight, adding H 150 to lighten and H 117 to darken 116 is recomended. I've followed this method and I'm quit happy with the results |
