Actually the new research shows the schemes to be very similar, but not
identical from vehicle to vehicle. What I mean is that the surface of
the vehicles were broken into a number of odd-shaped sections, with each
section designated for a certain color, and the shape and size of each
section similar from one vehicle to the next. However, in some cases the
matching is very good, in others it's noticeably different, but still
recognizable as being similar. At least this is true on the Hetzers and
Tiger II's...

It won't be too long now before we'll be critiquing the accuracy of
people's camo jobs... "hey, he put dunkelgelb in the patch on the
northwest corner of the starboard turret, when it should have been
dunkelgrun, and see here, this patch is supposed to have 6 ambush spots
and not 5.".

Geeez, what a Pandora's box to be opened... ;-)
