| Yeah. Somewhat. Tamiya doesn't make a flat clearcoat, so to get flat, you have to add this to your gloss clear. I've used it on occassion, but it's a real pain to try and determine the correct mix. Normally, I'll add it to something like Microscale Flat, or another, to get a really dead flat by adding just a little bit. |
