Well Bob I’m see the same flashing fluorescent red extinguisher bottles on German AFVs as you do and I’m asking “what was the point of painting your 57t Tiger in 3 tones of autumn color only to use the external fire extinguisher as a target indicator”? Something is just not right with the idea of safety conscious paint schemes on the battlefield.
The factory’s base paint color for that AFV would be the only logical choice.
