Very helpful Mike and very insightful. I appreciate you taking the time to help out.
Thanks for the compliment on the Centaur. It's a bit of an older article for me ( was a year between finishing and publication ) and the markings are all over the place ( one of my old curses ). Still I like the model and Spencer did some really nice finished shots of the model.
I will be doing a Crusader with the Bofors soon, as I have just ended up with a surplus Crusader hull, but that is a long story. Suffice to say that the Crusader I in Caunter scheme I was doing for Mil Mod will take a couple more weeks now.
You will have to give Xtracolor a go one day Mike. You may never go back. I tried them about three years ago and I swear in about a month, every acrylic paint I had ( Poly-S, Vallejo, Tamiya, Model Master, Gunze ) was either given away or chucked in the bin. I know I must sound like I am on some sort of crusade, but trust me, guys who like Xtracolor, like it alot.
