You didn't say if you are using MM2 enamels or Acryl.
There are no Africa colors in the Acryl line.
If you are using enamels the africa colors are.
2098 RAL 7008 Afrka Khaibraun 1941 ( Camo color )
2099 RAL 8000 Afrka Grunbraun 1941 ( base color )
2102 Ral 8020 Afrka Braun 1942 ( base color )
2103 RAL 2027 Afrka Dunkelgrau 1942 (camo color )
AS for the dark yellow, green, brown scheme. The brown is good for representing new unfaded como ( as is the green ) or you can lighten the brown with a little white and add a little red or orange to get the color of older faded paint or use MM2 enamel 2111 Italian Dark Brown instead. As for the green you can add a little white to lighten it and some yellow if you think it looks too blue.It looks right to me.
Just like the real thing the colors will be lighter if you apply them lightly with a airbrush-darker if you hand brush them on
