I think you need to talk the anime figure modellers in your area.
many of their figures are cast in vinyl. so they should have the techniques not only to prime but repair and fill the surfaces.
but the guys i know use Mr Surfacer with the Mr Thinners. Laquer Thinners at best may make your vinyl soft. Worst case scenario is melt it altogether. Better to test on scraps first. |
