Start with a very dark (almost black) grey for a base coat. Use straight black as your shadow color and then add just a little white to your grey base coat for highlight. Keep adding just a tiny bit of white until you get the hightight colour you are looking for. Put the pink piping on the shoulder boards and collar and you're done!
