Martin,

Congratulations on painting your first model. Since you are using Tamiya paints, you can paint the oil cans the same color as your tank, namely Olive Drab. For wooden parts i.e. tool handles or the wooden rations boxes that come with that model, you can paint them either a Dark Yellow or Flat Earth color. If you are adventurous you can also use a very diluted Flat Brown and paint over the yellow/tan color after it has dried to bring out the woodgrain effect. Good luck on your project.
