I agree with Clair... you add another coat of Future/Gloss coat after decals (not a 'flat' coat).. you want your wash to 'flow' .. not 'bite in'..
After the wash and before dry brushign you can do a flat coat.. cause during dry brushing 'bite in' isn't bad...
