| Subject: | Best Way to Paint Brass? | |

Hi Folks,
I'd like to paint up some resin cannon ammunition, and I was wondering what people here think is the best method for making realistic, in-scale brass. I know there are several brands of brass paint, as well as several choices of "metalizer"-type paint. Does anyone have a recommendation for what they feel gives the most realistic finish? I suspect that simple brass paint may look too out-of-scale, if you know what I mean.
What about weathering the brass once painted? Would that make it look more used?
Thanks for your suggestions.
