Hi Doug, Steve and All Others
I'm just glad to be of help.
This is what this site is all about; helping fellow modellers, right ?
If I had to work with SnJ Polishing Powder on small scale 1/72 shells I would first do the SnJ bit and paint the heads in appropriate black, green, gray or whatever afterwards.
Once applied the SnJ can stand some handling allright, but try to keep touching it with your fingers to the minimum. Too much handling and you might rub it off again.
Applying decals is ok as long as the only fluid you use is water.
It definitely does'nt take kindly to decal solutions like MicroSet/MircoSol and the likes.
And for heavens' sake..... d o n ' t sneeze with the cap off the bottle !! :)))
Good modelling and bye4now,
Jerry |
