Mark, I finished the same kit not too long ago. My references indicated that the interior would usually begin as Panzer Grey, then some would be left gray when the exterior was repainted, some would be oversprayed with the camo yellow. As for the cab interior, my references showed them buff or white. Sorry, can't remember the particular reference materials used.
