I thought about building one too. After pricing it out and factoring in the time it would take me to build it - along with the added weight of it probably being made of wood, I just took the easy way out and bought a Paasche booth instead. Easy to set up - easy to tear down and move if needed. Here is one like I bought (no connection to seller):

I've been happy with it - may be a little on the underpowered side but if you are mainly spraying arcylics it won't be too noticable.
