SCC 15, the British equivalent of U.S. OD 9 would be appropriate for NWE 1944. A very good Tamiya mix is XF52:8+XF26:8+XF1:1. Vallejo Model Air 020 and Vallejo Model Air 888 work very well for SCC 15. Recommended Humbrol mixes are 159:8+33:1 or 150:20+186:6+33:5. I have used Gunze 73 for SCC 15, but would suggest trying a mix of Gunze 80 and 404 in about a 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 ratio, may need to lighten just a bit with 318 or 313. HTH, Rich
