| Subject: | Tamiya Acrylic Paint Retarder? | |
| Date: | Jun 13, 2005 |
| From: | Fred Hooper | |
Hello All,
Thought I read an review or saw a post recently in which the builder claimed the need to add a paint retarder to slow down the drying process to minimize airbrush clogging - even though he might have thinned the paint by 70%?!. Believe he was spraying Tamiya's acrylic "olive green" camo onto a German panzer. Plan on using same paint for my 1:72 Jadgpanther and want a nice tight pattern w/out splattering or airbrush clogging.
Thoughts?
Cheers,
Fred |
