I assume you mean "Belgian Block" (cut granite blocks), not cobblestones (run-of-bank stones) or paving bricks (molded and vitrified clay). If so, try brown ("pink"), gray, gray-brown, brown-gray, and mixtures of same. The modern (surviving?) European stuff tends toward gray, with darker browns evident.
