Almost any color that refers to itself as 4BO Green rather than just "Russian Green" or whatnot is a good match for the fresh paint. White Ensign do a nice enamel. I found a lot of useful information here:

However, Soviiet WWII Green is one of those colors where the official spec and what actually appeared on the tanks don't actually have to bear any resemblance to each other. Even if it was mixed exactly to spec it changed over time, getting darker.
