My favourite model paint experiment:

Paint something Tamiya Dark Yellow. Let it dry. Look at it inside under incandescent and florescent lighting, then look at it outside in natural light. Note that there are three different "shades"?

Which is the correct one? The answer is: "the one at the model show" :-)
