| Subject: | Panther G Late Ambush Pattern, Soft or Hard Edged? | |
| Date: | Aug 23, 2005 |
| From: | Eric Scurlock | |
| I'm getting ready to paint my Tamiya Panther G late. I intend to paint it in the ambush scheme as depicted in the instructions with a few minor modifications. The box art depicts the camo scheme as soft edge but my experience with the Tiger II ambush scheme lends me to suspect I should actually go with a hard edge scheme. Which is historically correct - soft or hard edge ambush camo, or can I go either way seeing as how I'm not trying to depict a specific vehicle? |
