I have been exploring different techniques with matt finishes on tanks versus semi gloss.
What I have discovered semi gloss gives a richer and more metal like feel to the tank and matt finishes I use on the figures and in areas of mud and organic objects. I then use a very diluted black to spray over the final work...I'm almost finished one project will be posting this soon and I will use this as an example of semi gloss technique.
But I would like to find out what other modelers use as there preference.
