Gary,
I know an airbrush artist who also works in a big art store here in NYC. One day when it was slow he and I swapped a bunch of needles on the half-dozen working airbrushes he had out for demo. In almost all cases everything worked just fine. We were able to get different spray patterns out of most of the brushes even changing needles from other lines (Eclipse, HP, etc.).
The only ones that are really hand-fitted/matched are the Custom Microns (CM-). They claim you have to but parts as an assembly, but I've seen unmatched needles work well. Can't say this is the case all the time, but it did for us.
For parts try Bear Air or Coast Airbrush, both are in the US and online.
