According to Jentz and Doyle's Osprey book, Tiger II's were given an 'ambush' scheme in the factory from August 1944 onwards, and Zimmerit wasn't discontinued until about mid-September 1944, so theoretically you'd get some tanks with both. But I've never seen any photos of such a combination.
