Further to the other replies, perhaps the answer really is "There is only one healthy way to spray" and that is to use a face mask and some form of air ventilation system. Which ever method, acrylic or enamel paint, you use unless you stop the tiny droplets of paint which are bound to become airborne as you spray from becoming dragged into your lungs no form of paint is "good" for you in the long term.

Invest in a good face mask with an appropriate filtration level for paint particulates and if you haven't got a very well ventilated room to perform your spraying in seriously think about an air ventilation system. The one I bought in the UK was from http://www.graphicair.co.uk/ , you can get one for £250 (GB pounds), sounds a lot but you only need to buy one and how much is your long term health worth?
