| Subject: | Airbrushing questions | |

I finally got one.... :-) The Aztek A320 - I tried it for the first time
last night - boy, was I obsessed with cleaning it after that. I'm
working on an M1A1 and I used ModelMasters' U.S. Marines Desert acrylic
paint (I can't remember the exact name).
Looking at the paint the initial thought was that it doesn't need any
thinner - but when I transferred it I changed my mind. After airbrushing
the model I noticed a few whitened areas on the edges - my assumption is
that I used way too much thinner. My question is: do I need thinner at
all? Looking at the Tamiya and ModelMasters paints they seem thin
enough. Second question is (a pretty dumb one): I noticed pretty late
that on the Testors thinner I used was written that it was for enamels -
can I still use it with acrylics?
Thanks a lot.
