The basics look OK, but there are a couple of details that are revesed from "proper" practice. One of the points of camoflage is to blur any distinctive outlines and the shadows made by overhangs produce some of the sharpest outline elements of an object. To counter that the Brit system believed in using countershading to lessen the effects of shadows and highlights. As it applies to your scheme this would mean that the underside of the gun should be white and the area under the waterline on the transmission housing should also be white. I also have seen photos in the Polish "A" to "Z" books with a large number of Polish Sherman IIIs with white painted lower hull sides, even on OD or Light Mud vehicles, all in an effort to lessen the effects of shadows.
So, if you replace the OD under the barrel with white (if you can, lessen the amount it extends up the sides of the barrel) and then paint under the overhang of the tranny cover with white, you are more accurate. For a Polish vehicle you might even want to go for white behind the suspension units. Pretty much all the Polish vehicles I have seen appear to adhere quite strictly to the proper camo policy of the time even when other Commonwealth units are not as strict.
