I like to use a semi-gloss in my base coats. I used Dragon and Tamiya decals for this model. Gunze Decal Set and Decal Sol were used. The Ballenkreuz on the rear had to really melt in the fit. It worked- just keep adding solutions repeatedly until the desired results are obtained-

You must use setting solutions though-
